Cautions

We do not recommend that a woman take GastroPhase if she is pregnant or nursing. This is not because GastroPhase is unsafe but because there have been no safety studies performed on the ingredients in GastroPhase for pregnancy and nursing.

Suggested Use

The recommended daily dose of GastroPhase is 1-2 capsules, 1-3 times per day. As you can see from this recommendation, it is important for you to find the dose that works for you within a range of 1-6 capsules per day. You may wish to start with 1 capsule, 2 times per day for several days to see if this is a dose that is helpful for you in supporting desired digestive activity. You can increase the dose by 1 capsule every few days, but do not take more than 2 capsules per dose. You can take 2 capsules of GastroPhase up to 5 times per day for a total of 10 capsules. We recommend when you do this to take the capsules every three hours. Children age 6-12 can take one capsule, 2-3 times per day. GastroPhase is not recommended for children under age 6 as they have supplement needs that differ from older children and adults.
