Payment
We accept checks and money orders. We also accept the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Shipping Information
Domestic orders have FREE USPS shipping (unless overnight is required.) For orders over $300 we automatically add a signature requirement unless the customer requests to waive the signature. Orders under $300 can have signature at the request of the customer for an extra fee. Orders from countries other than the United States of America may require a higher postal rate. Overnight in the USA starts at $28.00 but may be higher depending upon weight. If you are unsure call us and we will tell you the shipping charge.
Tax
California residents add 8.75% sales tax.
Nevada residents add 8.15% sales tax.
Shipping methods
We usually ship priority on the day we receive your order, or the next day if we receive it late. You should receive it within 3 to 5 working days afterwards (overseas may be longer.) Sometimes we must backorder a product so please allow 7 to 14 days. Don't panic! If we can't provide it, we'll let you know.
If you do not receive it within 14 days let us know. It might be lost. If you let us know after a month there isn't anything we can do about it.
Those who specify overnight delivery will usually receive it the next day if it was ordered early (before noon, Pacific time.) However, the post office tells us that those who live in more remote areas have an 80% chance of getting it the next day. If you don't receive it the next day then it will be the day after.
If you don't trust the post office, or if it absolutely, positively has to be there overnight we can also ship FedEx or UPS but it will be more expensive. Please contact us for rates.
International orders
We ship to many other countries, usually with no problems. Note: because of changes with Canadian, Australian, and various European postal ordinances, we now require shipping with a tracking number to many locations. This not only quickens the delivery, but also provides a convenient way to track an international shipment.
Note: Some countries have difficult customs or prohibit the importation of products which are legal in the USA. Check with your customs authorities before ordering. We are not responsible for what foreign post offices or customs do with your order.
Quantity and other discounts
We usually discount products with certain exception listed below. Order 6 bottles or more of the same item and an additional 5% will be deducted. Order 12 bottles or more of the same item and 10% will be deducted.
Exceptions:
MLM products are not discounted further.
Products which have their own discount schedule as stated in their monograph are not discounted further.
Those products the supplier prohibits us from discounting are not discounted at all.
Note: We are not a wholesaler and do not sell to health food stores, etc. at wholesale prices. Nor do we have a professional discount.
Return policy
Products may be returned within 30 days if unopened and we are notified of the return. A full refund minus shipping fee will be returned to the buyer. Exception: We cannot accept perishable (requires refrigeration) products. Certain manufacturers provide a money back guarantee. We note this in the product description.
Unclaimed packages which are returned to us without explanation are subject to a 10% restocking charge plus shipping fee.
