What is it?

B-Complex with Metafolin® by Douglas Labs is a comprehensive B-vitamin supplement with added intrinsic factor support. B-vitamins are required for a large amount of health processes and need to be a part of our nutritional intake. This quality supplement may therefore be able to improve various areas of your health.
