Each capsule of Arjuna-Heart contains:

Vitamin B6 25 mg
Folic acid 400 mcg
Magnesium (as aspartate) 300 mg
Calcium (Coral powder) 100 mg
Coenzyme Q-10 30 mg
Extracts of:
Terminalia arjuna 300 mg
Coral Powder 100 mg
Inula racemosa 100 mg
Other Ingredients: Vegetarian capsule (cellulose and chlorophyll).

"Arjuna is a formulation of herbs, vitamins, and minerals that support heart health. This formulation contains Terminalia arjuna, which in Ayurveda is used primarily to support healthy heart function. Vitamin B-6 and folic acid have long been known to support cardiac health by promoting blood pressure levels already within the normal range. Magnesium aids in the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the main energy storage and transfer molecule in the cell. Magnesium also helps to maintain cardiac healthÂ and pulmonary function and is beneficial in maintaining blood-glucose levels already within the normal range. In Ayurveda, Inula rosemosa and coral powder have been known to have cardiovascular benefits, and Inula racemosa has been used for respiratory support. Coral powder has been used traditionallyÂ to soothe nervesÂ and provides an source of naturally balanced elemental calcium and magnesium. Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), also known as ubiquinone, plays a role in energy production in cell mitochondria. Because most cellular processes require energy, CoQ10 supports good health. "
