What is it?

Lithium Orotate contains in each tablet, Lithium (as Lithium Orotate) 120 mg (4.6 mg elemental lithium.) Other ingredients include magnesium carbonate, avicel, duratex, pure food glaze, compritol, ac-di-sol, plasdone, magnesium stearate.

Lithium is a trace mineral which has beneficial effects on the brain. This product is a formulation of Dr. Hans Nieper of Hannover, Germany.

Cautions

This product should be taken with essential fatty acids such as flax oil and Vitamin E. Avoid if pregnant or nursing. See Disclaimer.

Suggested Use

Take from 1 tablet twice per day with meals or as directed by a health practitioner.

Great calming and focus supplement

I have tried a few other brands of Lithium Orotate, and none of them comes close to working as well as the Professional Formulas Brand.  The Professional Formulas brand of Lithium Orotate helps to give me focus when performing my job on a daily basis.  There is no doubt that it has a calming effect. I had to take a Polygraph/Lie Detector Test recently, and the Professional Formulas Lithium Orotate kept me calm enough to pass the Polygraph Test quickly: with minimal anxiety.

It Works!

I've been taking 20mg twice daily with some good fish oil for 3 weeks now and after about 5 days I noticed my mood was elevated and my mind clearer. Lithium orotate has curbed my anxiety and depression leaving me emotionally balanced! Great product, thank you!
