Description

What is it?

Each capsule of Venous Support contains:

Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) 100 mg
Horse Chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) (standardized contains 33 mg aescin) 167 mg
Diosmin (micronized) 150 mg
Butcher's Broom (Ruscus aculeatus) (standardized 10% extract contains 11 mg ruscogenins) 110 mg
Hesperidin methyl chalcone 17 mg
Other ingredients are cellulose and magnesium stearate.

According to the manufacturer:

"Natural support for impaired venous integrity and function . Placebo-controlled trials have demonstrated the effectiveness of horse chestnut seed extract in alleviating the objective signs and subjective symptoms of impaired venous function.

In a case observation study involving 800 general practitioners and over 5,000 patients, horse chestnut extract produced dramatic improvement or complete relief of all symptoms of impaired venous function.

Randomized, controlled studies have shown that horse chestnut seed extract reduces symptoms of impaired hemorrhoidal vein integrity.

The combination of butcher's broom (Ruscus aculeatus), hesperidin and ascorbic acid has been shown in a randomized multicenter study to be superior to another leading vasoactive medication in the treatment of impaired venous lymphatic function."
