Perfect Food comes in a powder and a caplet version for those who don't like the taste of green drinks. Those who require more probiotics or don't need predigestion should look into

Perfect Food™ is a "green food." It was originally developed as a restorative, therapeutic product for people whose bodies are starving due to malabsorption, malnutrition and other health problems. However, it makes an excellent "insurance policy" for maximum nutrition for every member of the family. One serving (2 level tbls or 10 grams) provides:
6000 mg. Perfect Green Food Blend. "Live Food" blend of certified organic Kamut grass juice, Barley grass juice, Wheat grass juice, Oat grass juice, and Alfalfa grass juice.
2550 mg. Perfect Protein-Mineral Blend. "Live Food" blend of phytoplanktons with Poten-Zyme50. A 50% pre-digested blend of Spirulina, Chlorella, Dunaliella, Kelp and Dulse.
975 mg. Perfect Whole Food Matrix. "Live Food" blend of organic grains, seeds, and legumes with Poten-Zyme50. A 50% pre-digested blend of brown rice, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, garbanzo beans, red lentils, soy beans, kidney beans, azuki beans, oats, barley, rye, millet, maize, and buckwheat. 250 mg. Perfect Veggie Blend. "Live Food" blend of organic raw vegetables with Poten-Zyme50. A 50% pre-digested blend of Carrot juice Beet juice, Tomato juice, Sweet Potato, Broccoli, Kale, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Brussels Sprouts, parsley, Spinach, Asparagus, Celery, Cucumber, Green bell pepper, Garlic, Ginger and Onion.

Poten-Zyme means pre-digested and fermented making the ingredients from 2 to 5 times more bioavailable than foods which have not undergone this proprietary process. This allows the 5 caplet serving of the capsule formula to be nutritionally equivalent to the 2 tablespoonful serving of the powder.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
Perfect Food is just what it says. It is food that contains every vitamin, mineral, enzyme, essential fatty acid, amino acid and antioxidant in an unaltered, organic or wildcrafted whole food form. You can not only almost live on this product, you can thrive on it. It is a return to "primitive health" or whole food, unadulterated, nutrient dense and pristine.
This product differs from other green drinks in that it has more "green" per serving, no added herbs (continued use of herbs may be harmful or ineffective over time,) fillers, or vitamin and mineral isolates.
Here is a suggested recipe:
Mix in blender -
2 tbls Perfect Food
1 tbl of
Fruits of Life
1 or 2 scoops of Protein powder (
Nitroplex,
Goatein)
1/2 tsp lecithin powder
3 scoops of
Microhydrin powder or 1 capsule
2 tbl
Flax oil or
Udo's Choice oil
1 dropperful of
Tachyon water
1 tbl of Black Cherry concentrate
Add sufficient milk, water, or other liquid to make 8 to 16 ounces of smoothie.
This makes a great breakfast drink and will definitely power your day!
CAUTIONS
None normally, but people taking medication for diabetes, high cholesterol, HBP, allergies, asthma or digestive disorders may have to decrease dosages. Monitor frequently and consult your health professional.

DOSE
Caplets: Substitute 5 caplets for 2 level tablespoonfuls. It may be advisable to start with 2 and work up to 5 to avoid detoxification. The "Bio-Activation" gives it a greater "impact" than the powder.
