| Invertase | 4 mg | Breaks down cane and beet sugars. |
| Maltase | 50 mg | Breaks down Maltose. |
| Actinidin | 20 mg | A protease from Kiwi fruit that shows significant activity against wheat products. |
| Xylanase | 20 mg | Breaks down xylan sugars found in plants such as corn and other grains. |
| Cellulase (endo and exo) | 84 mg | Cleaves the beta 1-4 bonds randomly along a cellulose strand (endo) and at the ends (exo.) |
| Pectinase | 24 mg | Breaks down pectin fruits. |
| Lactase | 6 mg | Breaks down lactose in dairy products to more soluble sugars. |
| Mannanase | 20 mg | Breaks down mannan sugars. |
| Hemi-Cellulase | 2 mg | Breaks down the hemicellulose of plant walls. |
| Bromelain | 10 mg | Broad spectrum enzyme that hydrolyzes most soluble proteins. |
| Papain | 10 mg | Hydrolyzes large proteins into smaller peptides and amino acids. |
