WHAT IS IT?

Yan Hu Suo is the rhizome of the Chinese herb, Chinese Fumewort  (Corydalis ambigua.) It contains the active principles, dihydrocorydaline, protopine, corydaline, corybulbine, coptisine, corydalmine.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

 Yan Hu Suo has been used in China for centuries for its anti-inflammatory, muscle relaxing, pain relieving properties.

CAUTIONS

Pregnant women should, of course, avoid it. This herb has no known side-effects and is not addicting.

DOSE

For Mild Pain: Take 3-4 capsules every 4-6 hours.

For Severe Pain: Take 5-8 capsules every 4-6 hours.
