Fiber is one of the least appreciated and most important nutrients in the human diet. Our hunter-gatherer ancestors consumed 40 to 50 grams of fiber per day compared with our 15 to 20 grams.

Nutri-Fiber also contains essential fatty acids, especially the rare and beneficial Omega-3 variety.
