WHAT DOES IT DO?
According to the manufacturer:

DOSE
Add 1 rounded teaspoonful (6.4 gm) to 8 oz. of pure water or juice and drink immediately. This product is best taken on an empty stomach. Dosage may vary from 1 to 3 teaspoonfuls per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
