WHAT IS IT?
Vinpocetine, sometimes called Cavinton, is derived from vincamine, an extract of the periwinkle plant,
Criocerus longiflorus. Each tablet contains 10 mg vinpocetine and Calcium 40 mg. Inert ingredients include dicalcium phosphate, cellulose, stearic acid, magensium stearate, and pharmaceutical glaze.

"Vinpocetine is derived from vincamine, the major indole alkaloid of the periwinkle plant. No toxic effects have been seen from vinpocetine use at levels far above those recommended for this product.
Vinpocetine taken orally is easily absorbed.
