DOSE
The dose recommended is 1 to 3 packs per day taken 1 to 3 times daily. One pack per day is considered a maintenance dose and 3 packs is a therapeutic dose. This seems like a lot of pills but think of it as nutritional food, not medicine, and it replaces numerous other pills in your medicine chest.
