WHAT IS IT?


Red Raspberry (Rubus ideaus) is a delicious fruit but the leaves are used in herbal medicine. Each capsule contains 480 mg of Raspberry leaves and 1.5 mg of Vitamin C. Other ingredients are gelatin and magnesiums stearate.

WHAT DOES IT DO?


Red Raspberry leaves have been famous as a "women's" herb for hundreds of years.

The effects of this herb can be summarized as "normalization." It tempers the effects of hormonal runaway such as could occur during pregnancy, menstruation or delivery.

CAUTIONS


Science has not tested this herb for its potential to cause birth defects.

Side-effects are rare but may include loose stools or nausea.
