WHAT IS IT? Quercetin is a bioflavonoid commonly found in red apples and onions, among other fruits and vegetables. Bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme. Each tablet contains:
WHAT DOES IT DO? Quercetin has numerous beneficial properties. It inhibits mast cell release, is an antioxidant, is a leukotriene antagonist, an aldose reductase inhibitor, and it inhibits uric acid production.
CAUTIONS None. Previous fears about Quercetin were unfounded. It is nontoxic. Quercetin is absorbed better when given with Bromelain or Vitamin C. "Activated" Quercetin contains Bromelain and Magnesium Ascorbate. See Disclaimer.
