Quercetin-Bromelain Complex

WHAT IS IT?

Quercetin is a bioflavonoid commonly found in red apples and onions, among other fruits and vegetables. Bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme.

Each tablet contains:

Quercetin 333 mg
Vitamin C (Magnesium ascorbate) 200 mg
Magnesium (ascorbate) 13 mg
Bromelain (2000 GDU/gm) 100 mg

 

WHAT DOES IT DO?

Quercetin has numerous beneficial properties. It inhibits mast cell release, is an antioxidant, is a leukotriene antagonist, an aldose reductase inhibitor, and it inhibits uric acid production.

 

CAUTIONS

None. Previous fears about Quercetin were unfounded. It is nontoxic. Quercetin is absorbed better when given with Bromelain or Vitamin C. "Activated" Quercetin contains Bromelain and Magnesium Ascorbate.

DOSE

Take 2 to 4 tablets twice daily on an empty stomach.
