WHAT IS IT?

Pro Fem™ contains natural progesterone USP, in a liposomal deliver system. Ingredients include Purified water, glycerin, safflower oil, alkoxylated diester, cetyl alcohol, progesterone, sorbitan stearate, PEG-40 stearate, cyclomethicone, glyceryl stearate, benzyl alcohol, imidazolidinyl urea, methylparaben, carbomer, D-alpha tocopherol, propylparaben, sodium hydroxide, citrus seed extract, cholesterol, lecithin, and disodium EDTA. The concentration of progesterone is 2.5% (750 mg per ounce.)

WHAT DOES IT DO?

Pro Fem is a topically applied progesterone cream.

CAUTIONS

Hormone replacement therapy should always be supervised by a physician. Overdosing can make a person feel sleepy or even euphoric.

DOSE

For bone health:

• First jar: use 1/2 teaspoonful morning and night.

• Second jar: Use 1/4 teaspoonful morning and night.

• Massage into soft tissue areas such as chest, breast, underarms, wrist, abdomen, or inner thighs. Apply to a different area every day to avoid saturating the fat cells.

For slight bone health or low progesterone levels:

• Days 1 to 14 of cycle: no application.

• Days 15 to end of cycle: 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoonful once daily.

For breast health:

• For the first 2-3 months use 2/3 teaspoon per day.
• After the breasts revert to normal after 2-3 months, use 1/3 teaspoonful.
• Apply the cream during the two weeks before menses for 14 days

Postmenopausal women should use Pro Fem daily. It can take from 2 to 4 weeks before topically applied progesterone reaches a point where noticeable effects occur.
