WHAT IS IT? Niacinamide is the amide form (more water soluble) of the B vitamin, Niacin (Vitamin B3.) It is also known as Nicotinamide. Each capsule contains 500 mg of Niacinamide. Other ingredients: Gelatin, cellulose and vegetable stearate. WHAT DOES IT DO? Niacinamide is used in the cell's energy production biochemistry and in gene regulation.
