WHAT IS IT?

Nettle Herb is the herb, Stinging Nettle (Urtica dioica,) stem, leaf and flower, dried, ground and placed in 435 mg capsules. Other ingredients are calcium 24 mg and gelatin capsule.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

Nettle has a number of properties. It is antihistaminic, a natural diuretic, anti-inflammatory, and it unbinds testosterone in the blood.

DOSE

Take 1-2 capsules 4 times daily with food.
