WHAT IS IT?

Mycoceutics 10 Mushroom formula is a synergistic blend of 10 medicinal, immune enhancing mushrooms. The mushrooms are chosen to be balanced and to benefit the immune system at different stages as well as benefiting the body in other ways. They are rich in polysaccharides, especially the strongly immune stimulating 1,3 and 1,6 beta-glucans. Additionally, it has been fortified with 30 mg of 1,3 beta-glucan per 4 capsules. Inert ingredients include gelatin, magnesium stearate and silica.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

The 10 mushrooms and their benefits include:

1. Reishi (Ganoderma Lucidum.) Antitumor, antibacterial, antioxidant, cardiotonic, immunopotentiation, enhanced NK cell activity, anti-HIV, antihistiminic, increased interleukin production, liver protecting and detoxifying, lowers cholesterol, protects against radiation, protects against altitude sickness, calming and relaxing, expectorant, antitussive.

2. Maitake (Grifola frondosus.) Antitumor (being studied for activity agaiinst breast and colorectal cancer,) protects the liver, lowers blood pressure, stimulates T-cells, lowers blood sugar.

3. Shiitake (Lentinula edodes.) Antitumor, immunostimulating, immunoregulatory, antiviral, protects the liver, lowers cholesterol, lowers blood pressure, soothes bronchial inflammation, regulates urinary incontinence.

4. Hericium erinaceus. Aids digestion, promotes strength and vigor, inhibits cancer.

5. Cordyceps sinensis. Effective for aging disorders such as loss of sex drive, lowers cholesterol, relaxes smooth muscle in asthma, immunostimulating, antiarrhythmic, stops tinnitus when caused by inner ear fluid, improves liver function and is hepatoprotective.

6. Coriolus versicolor. Immunostimulating, antiviral, anti-HIV, antitumor, antioxidant, antibiotic.

7. Polyporus umbellatus. Immunostimulating, antitumor (especially lung cancer, leukemia,) diuretic.

8. Wood ear (Auricularia auricula.) Immunostimulating, lowers cholesterol and triglycerides.

9. Poria cocos. Antitumor, antimutagenic.

10. Tremella fuciformis. Immunostimulating, cardiotonic, lowers cholesterol, anti-inflammatory, lowers blood sugar, protects the liver, antiaging by increasing SOD and inhibiting MAO B.
