Royal Maca for Men

WHAT IS IT?

Royal MacaŽ is Maca, the root of a Peruvian herb Lepidium peruvianum chacon. Each 2 vegetarian capsules contain:

Maca root extract 1000 mg
Selenium 0.044 mcg
Zinc (from aspartate) 12 mg
Vitamin B6 2 mg

Other ingredients are pine bark, purified water, lecithin.

 

WHAT DOES IT DO?

According to the manufacturer:

"A formula for men which contains 100% Certified Organic Maca Extract Powder and zinc aspartate to provide nutritional support for male hormone balance, and sexual function. Supports the endocrine system. Traditionally used for energy, hormone balancing, and endocrine system. Promotes healthy sexual and reproductive function."

 

CAUTIONS

Men with high PSA levels or prostate cancer or other hormonal related cancers should avoid Maca. Anyone with liver disease should probably avoid it also.

Too much zinc can be harmful. Do not take more than 5 capsules per day if taken on a daily basis.

Naturally, anyone with an allergy to Maca should not take it, either.

DOSE

Take 1 to 5 capsules daily for 6 days a week. If product seems to lose its effect, cut dosage in half., or take up to 10 capsules in one day for 2 or 3 times per week.
