WHAT IS IT?

L-Lysine is an amino acid which is often deficient in the diets of vegetarians. Each capsules contains 500 mg of L-Lysine. Other ingredients are Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, cellulose, L-leucine.
 

WHAT DOES IT DO?

l-Lysine may help prevent glycosylation, the combining of a sugar and protein molecule caused by elevated blood glucose levels. Glycosylation is thought to be responsible for many of the effects of aging. It is also essential for the formation of collagen.

CAUTIONS

Amino acids are better absorbed if they are taken singly on an empty stomach.

DOSE

As a dietary supplement, 1 or 2 capsules one to three times daily between meals or as directed by a health practitioner.
