WHAT IS IT?

L-Glutamine is a "conditionally essential" amino acid (building block of protein.) This means that it can be synthesized by the body but may be better supplemented in certain conditions.

Each teaspoonful of powder contains 5000 mg (5 gram) of pure pharmaceutical grade L-Glutamine. Each bag contains 100 teaspoonfuls.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

L-Glutamine is one of the most common and widely used amino acids in the body. 50% of the amino acids in the blood serum and 60% of free amino acids in the body are L-Glutamine. It is a food used by the immune cells and by the cells lining the intestines. It is used for DNA production. It is also a major component of muscle.

L-Glutamine is non-toxic. You consume up to 7 grams per day just by eating.

DOSE

For most purposes up to 5 grams daily in divided doses will suffice. The powder may be mixed in water or juice or a protein drink. It is tasteless and slightly sweet. Some applications may require up to 50 grams per day.
