Ginger

WHAT IS IT?


Ginger is the root of the tropical Southeast Asian Ginger herb (Zingiber officinale.) Each capsule contains 550 mg of Ginger root. Inert ingredients include gelatin.

WHAT DOES IT DO?


Ginger has been in use in Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine systems for thousands of years where it is used for gastrointestinal problems and inflammatory joint conditions.

CAUTIONS


No serious effects known. Some sensitive individuals get heartburn and flatulence. Persons taking anticoagulants or those scheduled for surgery should check with their physician.
