WHAT IS IT?

Echinacea is an herb (purple coneflower) native to North America.

This freeze dried extract contains:

Echinacea is a natural immune system stimulant

CAUTIONS

Echinacea is nontoxic, though in extremely high doses over a long period of time it may cause temporary infertility in men. Continually taking Echinacea with no breaks may reduce immune competence.

DOSE

During flu and cold season take 2 to 4 capsules daily in divided doses. Stop 2 days every 3 days. For an active infection, take 3 capsules 3 times daily for 3 days. Stop 3 days and repeat.
