Devil's Claw

WHAT IS IT?


Devil's Claw (Harpagophytum procumbens) or Grapple Plant is an herb that grows in the Kalahari desert and Namibian steppes of southwest Africa. Each capsule contains 480 mg of the secondary root which contains the monoterpenic glycoside, harpagoside. Other ingredients are gelatin and magnesium stearate.

Do not confuse this with Cat's Claw, a different herb.

WHAT DOES IT DO?


Devil's Claw is a traditional folk remedy in Africa for conditions ranging from liver and kidney disorders to allergies, headaches and especially rheumatisms.

CAUTIONS


Side-effects are rare but may include headache, tinnitus (ringing in the ears) or anorexia (loss of appetite.) Devil's Claw has not been studied for long term effects or interactions with prescription drugs.

The claws from actual devils were not used in making this product!

DOSE


Take2 capsules twice daily with food.
