Creatine pyruvate is not a blend but a molecule that combines both creatine monohydrate 68% and pyruvic acid 40%. The amount exceeds 100% because of the conversion of creatine monohydrate into anhydrous creatine pyruvate. Each capsule contains 800 mg. It also contains 16 mg of vitamin C. Inert ingredient is vegetable capsule. The powder form contains 3 gms per scoop (83 scoops per container.)

DOSE
