WHAT IS IT?
Coral powder contains per gram Calcium (from carbonate) 375 mg and Magnesium 7 mg. It also contains 72 different trace minerals. It contains no other ingredients.
Coral Complex2 capsules contains 600 mg of Coral. This is 225 mg of Calcium (from carbonate) from Coral, 5 mg of Calcium from Citrate, and 56 mg of Magnesium from Coral, Magnesium oxide, and Citrate. It also contains Vitamin C 5 mg, Vitamin D3 400 IU, and a proprietary blend of trace minerals from Coral, Malic Acid, and Betaine HCL, 15 mg. Inert ingredients include gelatin, magnesium stearate (vegetable source,) silica, and cellulose (from rice bran.)
WHAT DOES IT DO?
These products contain ground up Coral from ancient deposits above sea level from the island of Okinawa. No coral reefs are disturbed to obtain these products. Not only is this ecologically better, but these ancient coral deposits do not contain modern pollution such as heavy metals. Upon mining the coral, its ground up smaller than a blood cell to about a maximum of 10 microns, then sterilized with ozone.
This form of Calcium is thought to be more bio-available than some others which means more of it gets into your body from the gut. Many forms of inorganic Calcium are hard to absorb. Calcium is also thought to raise the body's alkalinity which has possible health benefits. Partly this is because upon contact with water, the minerals become ionic which are much smaller and more useful to the body than colloidal minerals.

DOSE
