WHAT IS IT?


Each capsule contains copper 2 mg from copper amino acid chelate. Other ingredients are cellulose, gelatin capsule and vegetable stearate.

WHAT DOES IT DO?


Copper is a vital mineral. It is a component of many proteins and enzymes. High zinc intake will cause a copper deficiency.

CAUTIONS


Copper is a strong oxidizer and the body needs only small amounts. Do not exceed 3 mg per day.
