WHAT IS IT?
Chewable Vitamins and Minerals for Adults and Children is a high potency, delicious, natural fruit flavored, vegetarian, hypoallergenic, yeast free, vitamin and mineral supplement. It contains no corn, wheat, dairy, eggs or added salt, starch, artificial sweetners, synthetic colorings, flavorings, preservatives, binders, coatings or excipients. It contains soy, citrus and other fruits with fructose. Each six tablets contain:

DOSE
Children ages 4 to 6: 1 or 2 tablets
Children ages 7 to 12: Up to 4 tablets
Adults: Up to 6 tablets. Should be taken in divided doses, e.g. 2 tablets 3 times daily. All vitamins are best taken with meals.
