WHAT IS IT?

CDP-Choline is Cytidine 5-diphosphocholine, a new choline analog. Each capsule contains 250 mg. Other ingredients include rice flour, magnesium stearate, silica, gelatin and water.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

CDP-Choline quickly crosses the blood-brain barrier and boosts levels of neurotransmitters, activates cellular membrane synthesis, and enhances cellular energy metabolism.

DOSE

Healthy people over 40 years of age should take one capsule daily. Those with neurological impairment should take 2 daily under a physician's care. If after 30 days there is no significant improvement the dose should be increased to 4 capsules daily. After desired improvement is noted the maintenance dose may be decreased to 1 daily. In cases of acute head trauma the dose is 4 capsules daily.
