WHAT IS IT?
Royal Camu is Camu-Camu (Myrciaria dubia,) an herb from the Amazon rainforest. Each two capsules contains Camu-Camu 700 mg and
Vitamin C 10%. Each 1/2 tsp of powder (1 gram) contains 1000 mg of Camu-Camu and 10% of Vitamin C.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
Camu-Camu is a fruit. It contains 30 to 60 times more
Vitamin C than an orange plus other vitamins, minerals amino acids and bioflavonoids.

DOSE
The usual dose is 2 or 3 capsules with cool water on an empty stomach from once to several times daily. For viral diseases such as herpes, flu, cold take 1 to 3 capsules at onset of symptoms every hour for 6 to 8 hours. This may be sufficient. If not continue the second day in the same way.
For migraines, or headaches caused by food allergies, eye strain, stress or dehydration, take from 1 to 3 capsules every hour until the headache is gone. This can take from 1/2 hour to 8 hours depending upon the severity of the headache and how soon after onset that Camu-Camu was taken.
For mild or moderate depression take from 1 to 5 capsules twice daily.
For the powder, stir or blend 1/4 to 1 tsp with 1/2 to 1 cup of cool water. Best taken on an empty stomach 1 to several times daily.
