WHAT IS IT?


Each Capsule of American Ginseng-V Contains:

American Ginseng (Panax quinquefolium) 200 mg. Standardized at 5% ginsenosides, mainly Rb1 (Canada, eastern U.S., Wisconsin, China). Other ingredients: Cellulose and vegetable stearate.

WHAT DOES IT DO?


According to the manufacturer:

"American Ginseng, also known as Panax quinquefolium, is considered to be an adaptogenic herb, and well regarded for its invigorating and energizing properties. While most commonly used as a tonic to support normal stress response, it is also thought to be able to play supportive roles in healthy blood sugar metabolism."

According to Chinese medicine, American ginseng is yin in nature whereas Chinese ginseng is yang.

DOSE


Take 1 capsule, 1 to 3 times daily between meals or as directed by physician
