Each 2 capsules of Valerian Extract
contains dried Valerian root 800 mg.
(0.8% valerenic acids 220 mg ) Other ingredients:
Gelatin (capsule), Silica
WHAT DOES IT DO?
Valerian is a natural sedative and
muscle relaxer.
CAUTIONS
Use caution if pregnant or nursing. Rarely, it may promote depression in those susceptible to it. Caution. May cause drowsiness.

DOSE
Take one to two capsules one hour before bedtime. For daytime use take one capsule with water at mealtime.
