WHAT IS IT?
Super CLA Blend 1000 mg with Sesame Lignans is Conjugated Linoleic Acid, a form of the essential fatty acid (EFA,) Linoleic Acid (Omega-6,) with Sesame Lignans. Each 3 capsules contains:

Other ingredients are gelatin, glycerin, water, natural color, rosemary extract.

"Researchers have continued to discover CLA’s multi-faceted health benefits including its ability to increase lean body mass and help maintain a healthy weight.
Research indicates that three grams of CLA taken daily may be enough to trigger a modest loss in body fat in humans. A Norwegian study documented significant body-fat loss with just 1.8 grams of CLA per day. Furthermore, CLA may prevent weight gain during the holiday season.
Sesame lignans have been shown to further increase the burning of fat by stimulating fatty acid oxidation in the liver. Sesame lignans also help prevent the oxidation of CLA as well as help stimulate the loss of adipose tissue."
CAUTIONS
Do not take it with a fat blocker such as Chitosan or fiber. This product should not be used by individuals who have an allergy to sesame.

DOSE
