WHAT IS IT?
Each capsule of Snoreless contains 300 mg of the herbs Leonurus, Arctium, Ligusticum, Platycodon, Glycyrrhiza, Boswellia, and Mentha canadensis.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
According to the manufacturer:
"A trial of 100 subjects showed 72% effective, 24% improved, and 4% no change for snoring."

DOSE
Take 3 capsules 2-3 times daily after meals. Take the last dose before bedtime. For best results, take the last dose 30 - 60 minutes before bedtime. Take the powder from the capsules and mix with very minimal water. Hold it in the mouth for at least 10 minutes before swallowing.
15 days is one course. 1 to 4 courses should produce favorable results.
