WHAT IS IT?
Each spray (1 ml) of Silent Snore contains Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) 150 mg. Other ingredients are purified water, glycerin, ethanol, stevia, peppermint extract. The product is water based and contains no oils.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
According to the manufacturer:

In a double-blind, placebo controlled study one group used the ingredients in Silent Snore but without MSM. 43% significantly reduced or stopped snoring. When MSM was added it increased to 90%.

DOSE
Prior to sleep, 1 (or more) full sprays directly to the back of your throat and then swallow. Use increments of 2 (or more) 1/2 sprays for easiest application. If unsuccessful clear nasal passages with saline nasal spray. Repeat spray if you drink or eat after spraying. If clogged hold sprayer under hot water. The bottle contains 120 servings and usually lasts from 2 to 4 months of nightly usage.
