WHAT DOES IT DO?

From the manufacturer:

"As its name implies, is a sleep formulation. This is an extremely potent formula made up of herbs commonly known for their calming and relaxing effects, as well as, several less commonly used herbs. When combined, they become a powerful sleep aid. Adding only a few drops (20) to a 1-4 oz. glass of water and drinking 20 minutes before sleep will effectively work for all but the most extremely intractable cases of insomnia. This product should not be used for more than 3 doses in one evening and is not recommended for use on too frequent a basis but rather to help break reflexive patterns of insomnia."
