Sangre de Grado Resin

by RainTree Nutrition

WHAT IS IT?

Sangre de Grado Resin contains the pure resin from the Dragon's Blood or Sangre de Grado tree (Croton lechleri.) It contains 15 drops per 0.5 ml serving and there are 120 servings per container. It also contains 10% ethyl alcohol or ethanol.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

Sangre de Grado has many uses in native Amazon medicine. Among these are:

To stop bleeding, seal, and heal wounds, burns, cuts, tooth extractions.

Herpes virus ulcers (taken internally and applied topically).

Insect bites, poison ivy and other itchy or allergic skin reactions.

Skin fungi, rashes, and atopic dermatitis.

Stomach ulcers, ulcerative colitis, dysentery and diarrhea.

Raintree's supply of Sangre de grado comes from the high jungle of Peru where new organic cultivation programs with medicinal plants are replacing old coca plantations and providing new sources of income for poor farmers on their existing lands.

CAUTIONS

No side-effects or drug interactions have been observed. The usual precautions with pregnant or lactating women apply. The red resin stains clothes/fabric permanently.
