WHAT IS IT?


Three vegetarian tablets of Quercetin/Nettle Plus contains:
Vitamin C (from 336 mg of magnesium ascorbate)250 mg
Pantothenic acid (from 275 mg of d-calcium pantothenate) 250 mg
Magnesium (from magnesium ascorbate)66 mg
Quercetin (from Dimorphendra moliis seed pods)1000 mg
Bromelain 1200 GDU/g150 mg
Stinging nettle leaf (freeze dried Urtica dioica)100 mg

Other ingredients are cellulose, vegetable stearate, silica, magnesium stearate.

WHAT DOES IT DO?


The bioflavonoid quercetin has a multitude of health benefits relating to the immune system, as does stinging nettle. Bromelain helps it get absorbed.
