WHAT IS IT?
Three vegetarian tablets of Quercetin/Nettle Plus™ contains:
| Vitamin C (from 336 mg of magnesium ascorbate) | 250 mg |
| Pantothenic acid (from 275 mg of d-calcium pantothenate) | 250 mg |
| Magnesium (from magnesium ascorbate) | 66 mg |
| Quercetin (from Dimorphendra moliis seed pods) | 1000 mg |
| Bromelain 1200 GDU/g | 150 mg |
| Stinging nettle leaf (freeze dried Urtica dioica) | 100 mg |
Other ingredients are cellulose, vegetable stearate, silica, magnesium stearate.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
The bioflavonoid quercetin has a multitude of health benefits relating to the immune system, as does stinging nettle. Bromelain helps it get absorbed.
