Each capsule of Pure L-Isoleucine contains L-Isoleucine 500 mg. Other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, gelatin.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

L-Isoleucine is an essential amino acid of the branched chain variety. It is a building block of protein.

DOSE
