WHAT IS IT?

Symbiotropin® (formerly ProHGH) contains in berry flavored effervescent tablets, 4200 mg per 2 tablets of a proprietary Glycoamino Acid Complex containing Aminotrope-7 and Anterior Pituitary Peptides. It also contains 2300 mg of a proprietary Novel Polyose Complex. 

Other ingredients include citric acid, potassium bicarbonate, glucose, l-glutamine, l-arginine, l-pyroglutamate, sodium bicarbonate, l-lysine monochloride, gamma aminobutyric acid, glycine, sodium carbonate, polyethylene glycol, mixed berry flavor, magnesium stearate, sodium benzoate powder. Each serving contains 2 gm of sugar and 200 mg of sodium.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

This very popular product (22 million doses taken so far) is a growth hormone secretagogue or releaser.  hGH is produced in normal amounts even into old age but is not released from the pituitary gland as we get older. Secretagogues stimulate the pituitary to release its hGH to return blood levels to youthful amounts.

DOSE

Break 1 or 2 tablets and dissolve in 4 to 6 ounces of water, let stand until completely dissolved. Stir to speed dissolution. Do not swallow tablets that have not been dissolved. For adults, take 2 tablets before bedtime for 5 days, skip 2 days and repeat the 5 day cycle. To maximize an exercise training regimen add 2 tablets immediately upon awakening from sleep.

Foods which cause insulin release (starches and sugars) antagonize hGH release. Proteins release peptides which compete for transport with this product's peptides. Therefore, it should be taken on an empty stomach at bedtime. For those for whom this is inconvenient, it can be take first thing in the morning with excellent results. Eating can take place an hour or two later. Physical exercise, e.g. weight training, in the morning potentiates the effects of this product.
