WHAT IS IT?

Each capsule contains 500 mg of bile from bovine sources. Inert ingredients are celluose and magnesium stearate.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

Bile is a substance produced in the liver, stored in the gall bladder and secreted into the small intestines. There it breaks down fats and emulsifies them for absorption into the system.

Bile flow can be increased with Artichoke extract or Digest RC.

CAUTIONS

None normally. If you take more than you need you might get diarrhea.

DOSE

Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with meals.
