Each capsule of Natura Diet contains 650 mg of Naturatrol, a proprietary blend of herbs and minerals containing: Momordica, Fenugreek, Gymnena sylvestre, and CF Formula, a proprietary blend containing Hoodia, Vanadyl sulfate, Magnesium citrate/malate, and Chromium polynicotinate. Other ingredient is gelatin.
