DOSE
Suggested Use: Mix one scoop (12 g) or 12 g travel packet with
6-8 ounces of cold water, juice or milk to taste. Stir or shake briskly.
Drink Immediately. Enjoy one to two times a day unless otherwise directed by
your health professional. Children under 12 take ½ dose. Drinking an extra
glass of water may result in a feeling of fullness and improve elimination.
