Metal Magnet contains in each capsule Proprietary Humifulvate Complex 75 mg containing humic, fulvic and phenolic acids. Other ingredients are cellulose, gelatin, and magnesium stearate.

DOSE
One capsule daily between meals with a full glass of water. Do not take other dietary supplements or prescription drugs three hours before or after taking Metal Magnet.
