Lypo-Spheric AGE Blocker has a mild taste, which is easily masked in fruit or vegetable juices. Although there is no particular health benefit in putting Lypo-Spheric AGE Blocker in a beverage, we suggest this method because some people do not care for liposomal taste. If you want to squeeze the gel straight into your mouth, go right ahead. It will not diminish the benefits of the product. We specifically chose not to add artificial flavoring to make it as pure and healthy as possible.
For the people who cant or dont want to take it in a juice-type beverage, we have a couple of suggestions:
Suggestion 1: Squeeze the entire contents of a pouch into 1-4 ounces of any cool or room temperature liquid (If you want to avoid the taste, use less liquid.) The supplement will not dissolve but rather tends to settle on the bottom of the glass. To keep it from sticking to the bottom, gently swirl and down the beverage with one or two quick swallows.
Suggestion 2: Hold your breath for several seconds and quickly empty the contents of the pouch onto the back of your tongue. Take a sip of any cool beverage and swallow. Holding your breath dulls your sense of taste temporarily, which makes the whole experience a non-event.

DOSE
As a dietary supplement take one to two packets per day for boosting energy levels, improving glandular health, to help maintain proper blood sugar levels, and prevention of AGE formation.
