WHAT IS IT?


Lithium Orotate contains in each tablet, Lithium (as Lithium Orotate) 120 mg. Other ingredients include magnesium carbonate, avicel, duratex, pure food glaze, compritol, ac-di-sol, plasdone, magnesium stearate.

WHAT DOES IT DO?


Lithium is a trace mineral which has beneficial effects on the brain. This product is a formulation of Dr. Hans Nieper of Hannover, Germany. The orotate salt is thought to increase its bioavailability many fold.

CAUTIONS


This product should be taken with essential fatty acids such as flax oil and Vitamin E. Avoid if pregnant or nursing.
