DOSE
For overall general health maintenance, men should take 2-4 capsules a day. To enhance sports or sexual performance, take 4-8 capsules 1-2 hours prior to rigorous physical activity. Women should take only 1 capsule. Taking over 1 capsule daily can have an adverse effect on hormone balance. Drink plenty of water. Results may vary depending upon age and metabolism. Do not exceed 10 capsules per day. Effects are generally felt within a few days of continuous use. It is recommended that this product be taken on a 5 days on, 2 days off cycle, and 8 weeks on, 2 weeks off cycle for maximum benefits. No additional benefits are seen at doses over 500 mg per day.
