WHAT IS IT?


Inositol is, unofficially, a B vitamin that is found in cell membranes (phosphatidylinositol) where it functions closely with choline.

The capsules contain 500 mg of Inositol.

The powder contains 4,000 mg (4 gm) per rounded teaspoonful.

WHAT DOES IT DO?


Inositol is a lipotropic. It promotes the export of fat from the liver.

Inositol is required for the proper function of several brain neurotransmitters.

Inositol may improve nerve conduction velocities in diabetics with peripheral neuropathy.

Inositol works together with other methyl donors such as TMG or SAMe.
