Hydroderm
by Spectrum Group
WHAT IS IT?
Hydroderm contains: Collagen (marine), Distilled water/lgepal, Cephene, Methyl paraben, Ethyl Paraben, Plopyl paraben, Butyl Paraben, Isobutyl Paraben, Synasol, Serum Protein, Purified water, PRE Complex, Sodium Methylparaben, Imidezolidinyl Urea, Trisodium EDTA, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid and Ascorbic Acid.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
It has long been known that one of the effects of aging is loss of collagen in the skin. Collagen supports skin structure and loss of collagen is associated with sagging and wrinkling. One answer to this problem is to inject collagen into the skin. This works well but lasts a short time as an enzyme called collagenase breaks it down again. This means that another expensive and painful injection becomes necessary.
Cosmetic manufacturers are aware of the power of collagen and they often include it in their skin creams. The problem is that collagen is a large molecule which does not penetrate the skin so topical application is useless, hence the need for injections.
All that has changed. Hydroderm contains a newly patented collagen infusion delivery system that imparts collagen into the deepest layers of the skin, just like an injection, but applied topically. Users report that it does a better job than Botox injections.
It works fast, too. According to the manufacturer: "You will begin to see results within a few days, but for best results we recommend use of product for 30-60 days or longer. The longer you use Hydroderm, the better the results! Hydroderm actually rejuvenates the collagen in the skin, so results last for months and will continue to work as long as you use the product, unlike Botox or collagen injections."
The prestigious Life Extension Foundation evaluated this product and vouches for its effectiveness.
